Attorney Ido Razgour possesses indepth expertise and vast experience in all areas of both private and collective labor law.

Attorney Razgour graduated from Tel Aviv university (LLB) in 2007.

Attorney Razgour carried out his internship in “Herman Makov & co Law Offices” in the litigation department, and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2009.

Between the years 2009 – 2016 he practiced as an attorney in “Rubin-Shmuelevich Law Offices”.

During his years as a practicing lawyer, Attorney Razgour personally accompanied and represented major public institutions, statutory corporations, government companies, academic institutions, private hospitals, large industrial and construction companies, insurance companies, factories, law offices, and other institutions. At the same time, Attorney Razgour represented many employees in hearings, disciplinary procedures and lawsuits in all the labor court tribunals, as well as representing worker’s unions and worker’s committees.

Attorney Razgour acquired indepth knowledge and extensive experience in litigation in front of all Israeli labor court tribunals including the national labor court; in representing in legal procedures; in representing in hearing and in front of disciplinary committees; in representing in arbitrations and mediations; in representing in sexual harassment inquiry procedures and claims; and in accompanying both companies and worker’s unions in collective bargaining procedures, in strikes and in some of the largest labor disputes Israel has seen in recent years.

During his years practicing as a lawyer, Attorney Razgour took part in numerous important legal rulings, including rulings on the identity of the employer in a three-way employment relations, the interpretation of collective agreements in light of legislation changes, termination of employment due to criminal suspicions, sexual harassment complainant refusal to accept the supervisor decision, as well as termination of employment of senior employees due to redundancies

In addition, attorney Razgour is a certified mediator, graduate of “Gome Mediation Institute”, with thorough knowledge of the mediation field in both private and collective labor disputes.
