Attorney Lior Boner possesses in depth expertise and vast experience in representing both employees and employers in legal tribunals, in disciplinary procedures, in collective bargaining and negotiations, and in ongoing guidance to businesses.
Attorney Boner graduated from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (LLB and BA in business administration) in 2007.
Attorney Boner was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2008.
Attorney Boner carried out his internship in “Willi Itzhaki & Co. Advocates & Notary”, and after his admission to the bar practiced as an attorney for 8 years in “Rubin-Shmuelevich law offices”.
During these years, Attorney Boner personally accompanied and represented some of the major Companies in the Israeli market, including public institutions in the transportation and communication sector, academic institutions, international high-tech companies, insurance companies, factories, and other institutions. At the same time, Attorney Boner represented many employees in hearings, disciplinary procedures in the public service, and lawsuits in all the labor court tribunals.
Attorney Boner believes that truth and justice are not found only on one side of the story, and that every case should be examined thoroughly in order to clarify all the facts and details. The fact that throughout the years, Attorney Boner represented both employees and employers, allows him to understand the needs of both sides and to choose the best method to use this knowledge for his clients benefit.
During his years as a lawyer, Attorney Boner took part in numerous important legal rulings, such as rulings on replacing representative worker’s unions, worker’s rights regarding pension payments, the country’s obligations regarding retired employees, and so forth.
In addition, Attorney Boner lectures in the Open University of Israel, and to various panels, in the field of labor law.
